Did you know? LA recently passed legislation to mandate all insurers cover birth doula support. YUP is elated to work with your insurance carrier for the coverage you deserve!
Full Birth Package
Includes continuous birth support plus 6 home or virtual support visits, 3 prenatal and 3 postpartum. Prenatal visits will focus on pregnancy, childbirth, and psycho-education, comfort measures and preparing for life with baby. Postpartum support is client directed, & includes mental health screening.

Half Birth Package
Includes continuous birth support plus 3 home or virtual support visits, spaced according to client need. Please note that YUP requires at least one postpartum visit to ensure client safety adjsuting to life with baby.

Fertility Counseling
Everyone has the right to plan for a family when the moment is right for them, but not every body rises to that occasion on-demand.
As a full spectrum doula, We are here for you and your family across the full journey, even pre-conception.

Full End of Life Package
Includes continuous “11th hour” comfort care plus 6 support visits, spaced according to client and family need. Support visits may entail preplanning and linkage to essential support resources and services, legacy projects, post mortem care, grief support, and planning and/or celebrating the decedent.
&: $1500 @: $1000 +: $500
Tailored End-of-Life Package
Includes continuous “11th hour” comfort care plus 3 home or virtual support visits, spaced according to client and family need. Please note that YUP requires at least one preplanning visit to establish the relationship required to honor you(r) loved one.
